Michel Couvrer is a Belgian independent Scottish malt whisky distiller. His distillery is in Bouze-les-Beaune, in the heart of Bourgogne. Michel ages his malt whiskies in Jerez barrels and later in casks, where the whisky is kept in total darkness in the distillery's underground facilities. It is vatted with 54 whiskies (between 12 and 27 years old) in oak barrels.
