Mas Tinell Brut Rosé is the most recent creation by Heretat Mas Tinell, a winery located in Vilafranca del Penedés. This rosé cava puts together its soberty with an indeniable elegance. It is a 100% Trepat rosé wine that shines with its own light, aged for three years in the winery's cellars.

Tasting notes Mas Tinell Reserva Brut Rosat

Sight Nice and intense pink colour with violet reflections. Abundant thin bubbles. Nose Its high intensity nasal aromas are clean. The notes of red fruit stand out on a background of citric, mentholated and aromatic herbs nuances. Taste It shows a very expressive palate in which the notes of wild fruits such as blackberries and blueberries are noticed. The variety Trepat provides this wine with a Mediterranean character (hints of thym and resin). Integrated fizziness and a great, crispy and refreshing acidity. Pleasant finish with light bitter touches which makes the mid palate longer.
Sight Strawberry color of good intensity, with salmon reflections, very alive, regular and abundant shedding of fine bubble size. Formation of crown surface. Nose Fresh, crisp and fruity with a predominance of red fruits, mainly raspberry. Taste It's elegant, expressive and has very good structure. Presents a well-integrated carbon. Good persistence and track complex aftertaste.

Winery Caves Mas Tinell

Cava was born under the constant shadow of its French counterpart, Champagne. However, produced over 1,200km away and a gap of over 100 years, Cava was always going to be a completely different product, even if produced using the same method and and sometimes with the same varieties. Firstly the climate and soil have a profound impact on the yields, while the plant strains that thrive here and completely different to those in the Champagne region. Fortunately, as more winemakers are becoming convinced of this, they are producing Cavas with their own personality, showing off the art of the second fermentation in the bottle like no other wine region in the world.
