Tasting notes Loess

Sight Intense, clean and bright maroon colour. Good tears. Nose Intense and clean aromas with plenty of fresh and ripe red and black fruit. When it opens up, multiple flavours provided by the wood during the ageing are released: vanilla, fine toasted, coconut, coffee, cinnamon, chocolate,... These aromas are displayed along with fresh and subtle balsamic notes and subtle creamy touches. Taste Large attack with a silky and tasty mid palate, full of well assembled notes of fruit and wood. Balanced acidity and well integrated tannins. Well bodied. Good finish with a long persistence.
An easy-drinking, intense and enjoyable wine.
Sight Dark cherry colour with violet edges. Clean and bright. Nose Intensely aromatic. The red and black ripe fruit, almost jam, emerge along with aromas provided during the ageing (cocoa, coffee) and sweet spicy aromas (vanilla, cinnamon) on a refined and elegant mineral background. Sweet touch of bakery. A very harmonious nose. Taste Powerful and very wide wine with a sweet and silky mid palate. Well balanced notes of fruit and oak with persistant spicy aromas. Sweet tannins. Well structured and balanced wine that leaves a lingering fruity and cocoa aftertaste. Elegant, expressive and very fruity. A very good wine.
