La Bota de Palo Cortado 51 "Boot GF" continues the saga of previous editions 41 "Bota NO" and 48 "Bota Punta", another vintage from Gaspar Florido in Sanlucar de Barrameda.

Along with other editions of this series, La Bota de Palo Cortado 51 "Boot GF" gives us a unique opportunity to discover the history of Jerez wines. This Palo Cortado is approximately 80 years old. A wine very difficult to define, almost impossible to compare, of which only 1,200 half bottles have been produced. A gem of Jerez to enjoy slowly. No rush.

Tasting notes La Bota de Palo Cortado 51 "Bota GF"

Sight

Dark mahogany colour. Clean and bright. Has an edge with green hues.

Nose

Very intense and distinctive nose. Very spicy, complex, expressive. Intoxicating notes of hazelnuts, old wood, incense, smoke, fine leathers.

Taste

In the mouth it is pungent, incisive and direct. It has very good acidity, with a spectacularly long finish.
