How can I place an order?

Placing an order on decántalo.com is very simple:

  • Browse through the different sections of the website until you find the wine you like.
  • Enter the units you want to buy. The default is 1 unit, but you can change it. Click on "Buy".
  • You will access the shopping basket, where you can complete your order or, if you wish to purchase more wine, click on "Continue shopping" and repeat the process as many times as you want.
  • Once you have added all your wines to the cart, click on "Start the checkout process".
  • You will be redirected to our point redemption website. If you have enough points to redeem them, please, select the product you want. If you do not have enough points click on "Continue checkout process" and do not worry, each purchase generates points and you will certainly enjoy our points system soon.
  • Confirm the shipping address. Please note that the more information you provide the more efficient the transport service. We recommend that you provide a mobile phone and schedule the delivery preference.
  • Please, select payment method. We offer you the possibility to pay by credit card through the secure payment system of "La Caixa", by Paypal, the online payment system, or by bank transfer.
  • Confirm that your order, the selected product quantities, the shipping address and the datails for the payment are correct. Click on "Finish" to proceed to the payment method chosen. It is very important not to close your browser and follow all steps in the payment website until you return to www.decantalo.com.
  • Your order has already been registered. You will receive it comfortably at the address indicated.

How secure is the payment system?

Completly. Decántalo have trusted the safety of our payments to "La Caixa" and "Paypal." These are entities who make charges to their security systems and we have no access to bank information and we do not store it.

Things that could go wrong. What if the wine is bad?

At Decantalo.com we regularly taste the batches of wine that we receive and in our Barcelona shop we have a high turnover of product that allows us detecting any wines in less than perfect conditions. Even so, it is always possible that a bottle may not reach its destination as it should. If this happens, do not worry, we will replace it at no cost.

Decantalo.com orders are delivered to all EU countries and Switzerland.

Can I order decantalo's wine for a gift?

Yes, at the moment that you order your wine, you can choose the option “this order is for a gift” and the invoice will not be sent together with the wine ordered.

How can I send a customized gift card?

At decantalo.com we have launched a service that allows printing customized gift cards that are sent together with the wine. Therefore your card can be printed in 200gr couche paper and sent to your relatives, friends or clients with the message that you wish. In this way, your gift is completely personalised and unique.
