Characteristics of Gramona Gran Cuvée de Postre

This cava, which is ideal to accompany the desserts in the most exquisite, is one of the only candies that are made with wine first raised as large reserves. This allows a sweet tooth does not have to suffer heartburn or excess carbon and enjoy the softness of an elegant champagne. Tasting notes Gramona Gran Cuvée de Postre

Sight New gold yellow. Nose Caramelised citrus, white flowers, elegant and fascinating memories of bakery touch, Jerez liquor, which are provided by the issuance of liquor produced by the solera system and criaderas - wine and brandy aged in oak barrels used for historic four generations of the family, to deal with, for example, wines, sherry and rum in the late nineteenth century.
Taste Toasted and fruit notes, creamy, fresh and good acidity, touch of liquour that gives the mark features of house.

Winery Gramona

Cava was born under the constant shadow of its French counterpart, Champagne. However, produced over 1,200km away and a gap of over 100 years, Cava was always going to be a completely different product, even if produced using the same method and and sometimes with the same varieties. Firstly the climate and soil have a profound impact on the yields, while the plant strains that thrive here and completely different to those in the Champagne region. Fortunately, as more winemakers are becoming convinced of this, they are producing Cavas with their own personality, showing off the art of the second fermentation in the bottle like no other wine region in the world.
