In this blog, you will have the opportunity of discovering this and much more, and it will be possible thanks to the cooperation of Quim Piera, oenologist, vine grower and enthusiast of wine and wine culture in general. He will help us understand each detail in this field.

Quim graduated in Food and Beverage Industries and specialised in Oenology and Vine Growing by the School Jaume Ciurana in Falset, in the region of Priorat, and by the School of Vine Growing and Oenology Mercè Rossell i Domènech in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, in the region of Penedès. He took Sommelier courses at the Professional Cooking School of Castelldefels and has a wide experience working in the vineyards and in the elaboration of wines from different Designations of Origin such as: Mas dels Frares. D.O Priorat, Clos Mogador. D.O Priorat, Can Blau. D.O Montsant, Marco Abella. D.O Priorat, Caves Llopart. D.O Cava and Viñedos de Villaester, D.O Toro.

Every week, he will share curiosities and wine recommendations with us, and most of all, he will try to clear up our questions.
