Young wine from the island of Menorca made ââof Merlot and Syrah from the winery's own vineyards, located in the south of the island, with a great influence of Mediterranean winds.
The grapes were harvested by hand. After a first fermentation and a amaceration in steel, this wine went through a malolactic fermentation and a short stay in European oak barrels.

In 1979 they began a plantation on the island of Menorca, with different varieties of vines. The experience of several vintages led them to expand the vineyards with those strains were better adapted to the climate of the island. After years of dedication to the production of wine for family consumption, and after building a new winery in May 2004 came to market its first wines.
