Ariyanas Seco
White wine Young.

Characteristics of Ariyanas Seco

This white wine from Sierras de Málaga evidences the good work that is being conducted in this area to elaborate high-quality wines. All of the wines in the winery bear the name Ariyanas, which means aromatic. The name is due to the old Arab village located in the hills of the region of La Axarquía (in the east of the province of Málaga) where the vineyards are grown. Ariyanas Seco 2011 is a white wine made of Muscat de Alejandría, fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months on its fine lees. Original glass stopper.

Tasting notes Ariyanas Seco

Sight Beautiful, very clean and very bright pale straw yellow colour. Nose Highly intense and extremely aromatic nose. Its notes of white flowers are released along with abundant notes of white fruit, some citrus and aromatic herbs and mineral notes typical of the terroir of La Axarquía (slate). Taste Very pleasant attack. Surprisingly dry. Very good intensity. Wide mid palate with an unctuous texture and a nice, citric and crispy acidity. A tasty, long and persistent wine.  A surprising and easy-drinking Spanish wine.
Sight Straw yellow, very clean and bright. Nose Very aromatic. White flowers emerge with plenty of white fruit and some notes of citrus and herbal aromas of the mountains with touches of minerals (slate), characteristic of the soils of the Axarquia region. All of this makes it a complex and very suggestive wine. Taste Pleasant attack. Surprisingly dry. Very good intensity. Wide mid palate with oily texture. Rich acidity. Tasty, long and persistent. An amazing wine and easy to drink.

D.O. Málaga-Sierras de Málaga

There was a time where Málaga was a region of real prestige, with their wines consumed in European Courts, enjoyed across the European and American markets, more famous than the wines from Jerez at its peak. Autentic Málaga wines are one of the true treasures of fortified wines, deep, sweet, profound, mysterious in its translucent darkness, which even now are some of the world’s leading wines, from their whites, known for their dryness, up to their Pajarete wines, which easily reach an alcoholic content of around 20%.
